Gallery of Sports provides a comprehensive 30-day return and replacement policy starting from the date of delivery for products that are deemed faulty or damaged.

It's important to note that we do not accept returns or replacements for reasons related to a "Change of Mind."

Our operations adhere to stringent quality control standards set forth by the governing bodies of all the Official Sporting memorabilia featured in our collection.

To initiate the return or replacement process, we require notification within 3 days of delivery to report any issues with faulty or damaged products.

If your edition arrives with visible faults or damage, please contact us promptly, providing images of both the packaging and the condition of the contents. Subsequently, we will arrange for a complete replacement of the item.

In cases where the edition you've purchased is no longer available for sale, we will present you with two options: either an alternative edition of equal or greater value at no additional cost or a full refund of your order amount. All expenses related to postage for returns and replacements will be covered by Gallery of Sports.

It's important to understand that a "Change of Mind" purchase encompasses any situation where you wish to return an item and request a refund for reasons unrelated to receiving a damaged or faulty product. In instances where an edition is delivered in a damaged or faulty state, we will only proceed with a refund if we are unable to provide a complete replacement, as originally advertised on our website, and if the exact same item you initially ordered cannot be supplied.

Important Ordering Information for Game Used Memorabilia: 

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of these editions, as well as the associated costs involved, we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order from the time and date of your purchase.

After this initial 48-hour period, orders cannot be canceled or refunded and will adhere to our "Change of Mind" policy as outlined on this page. It's important to be aware that game-used memorabilia may exhibit marks, scuffs, dents, or other imperfections that result from the athlete's use of the edition during gameplay.

These characteristics are not considered as damage or faults; instead, they are integral aspects of the Game-Used edition's authenticity.
